Sinking for love or sinking in love ?
Are you sinking for love or sinking in love for someone.
Often people say -- " I'm sinking in ocean of your love and I don't want to be rescued ", how much do you think you can hold of to your breath, a limit will come you'll die one day , you'll be out of your breath paining inside and suffering?
Sometimes it feels we are forcing ourselves to live in this sad, sorrow, insecurities like water deep at the bottom of the ocean, and you don't know when you'll get exhaust and run out of oxygen you have inside you.
Oxygen the love we contain inside us differs. Our loved one thinks we have same oxygen as they hold but in real it's sometimes more or even less.
We hold on to people who we love and stay at the bottom of the ocean even if we are out of breath. They take us for granted the struggle we face to go up to the surface to breath and come back to them at the bottom of the ocean.
We struggle so much for our loved ones that we are unknown of the pain we create within us. And when the person you are struggling for can't see what are you going through and says they don't wanna see you anymore and go away it hurts , because the struggle you did to go to the surface and sink back in for them now feels weighted which ones was easy because we did it for someone we knew loved us. Many a times we change the person we want to struggle for whom, but at the end struggle is struggle!
And we force ourselves to be stucked in the middle of the ocean the life stops.
Some people sink and die , while some come up the surface when it's too late.
But can't we swim up to the surface rather than suffering and feel the air and fill up the love inside your lungs for your life , for your survival ?
Heart gets addicted to pain to struggle and your body suffers the fatigue. Why are we even sinking inside the ocean of sorrow.
Every people in this world is living in this ocean and dragging down other people too, unknowingly or even sometimes knowingly.
All we need to do is swim up the surface stopping the pressure on your mind and body by just breathing.
Just keep breathing ! Loving yourself first.
