Laughter Is The Best Medicine 

The sentence is so true that laughter is the best medicine one can have, it is mandatory for good health so as a sign of positivity in your own mind as well as in the environment.

But along with laughter good food is important for your body here are 6 common guidance for healthy and unhealthy too.  

All Guidance are based on ancient book of Ayurvedic Science from Gujarat India.



1. Cow's Milk (not hybrid cow).

Cow's milk is life lengthening, life conserving and life protecting on the other hand buffalo's milk is not good for health as it makes our mind furious and it contains lots of fats. Buffalo's milk is not good for heart, lungs and intestine as it weaken them, also makes you lazy. As per 'Ayurveda' and ancient sayings cow's milk is best for both healthy and unhealthy people. If cow's milk is not available you can drink goat's milk but never drink one of buffalo's milk.

2. Ghee (clarified butter).

As far as possible use only Ghee (clarified butter) made from cow's milk for cooking.


3. Less and less use of sugar in your diet.

It is advisable to intake of very less or no intake of sugar in your body. It makes your chest, lungs, intestine, liver and bones weak. Intake of sugar conforms chances of future intestine disorders, lung disorders for example TB , infertility, diabetes, weaken bones in long run and it can get fractured even in small hurt. 

Intake of sugar in very small amount is good. It is also used as a source of glucose.

4. Your Doctor is not everytime wrong.

Take proper guidance for disorders and disease, proper intake of medicine at proper time as doctor of any professional person tells you. Taking medicine with proper amount and proper time can make medicine more affective. 

5. Sleep

Your body always needs rest to recharge itself. Sleeping from 10pm to 5am is the best peaceful and quality sleep one can have! both for healthy and unhealthy person.  

6.Self consciousness

No anger Keep calm, don't greed or be jealous of someone this will bring your own inner peace which is very important also for your physical health. Inculcate in yourself in writing so your mind doesn't get negativity while suffering from any disease also even while you are healthy.
