The body tells you that it is lacking something in itself that is to be filled and it is necessary to remove by giving you headache or sleepy or by sweating .
When you get angry or irritated it means that you are not up set but the oxygen required to process the brain is to low and it need to be corrected immediately therefor you get angry or suffocated in front of the speaker .At the time like this you need to take a deep breath so lack of oxygen get replenished.
Drink water more so you can release the bad substance from your body and sweating want be smelly .If you feel that you don't want do that think or eat the food in front of you even it is your lunch or breakfast time so don't eat it so you can stay healthy and stay out of danger because this is the 6th sense which you yourself didn't know.
we need to stay hydrated everytime. this helps our body better in work and helps to make our skin cells better and glowing.
